Carlos Tevez became an overnight sensation after he successfully led Argentina to a gold medal win in 2004 Olympics at Athens where he scored six goals from eight games. His highest pay and special treatment meted out to him at Corinthians has caused resentment among his teammates and antagonized him. His fight with defender Marquinos didn’t escape the media’s attention and the entire ugly episode was aired on television. His swearing at the referee and his sexy remarks against the women officials has all put him in bad light.
